Femme-Fit Program

We are thrilled to introduce Femme-Fit, a wellness initiative that helps sisters stay active, healthy, and spiritually connected. Masjid Khadijah is running this successful program for the third time, and there are Limited Spots Available.

Class Highlights:

🧘‍♀️ Power Hour (Pilates) - Mondays & Wednesdays from 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm or 1:30-2:30 pm with a Professional Movati Instructor; Nanette

Strengthen and tone your body with this invigorating Pilates class. Participants will follow a guided workout led by our Professional Movati instructor every Monday & Wednesday focusing on core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning.

What to Bring:

  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during the classes.

  • Comfortable Workout Clothes: Dress in breathable, flexible attire.

  • Towel: To keep sweat at bay.

  • Sneakers: For Optimal comfort during workouts

  • Optional Gear: Bring personal equipment like headphones, dumbbells or resistance bands for Power Hour, but it's not required.

Pricing Options:

  • CLASS FULL — Monthly Pass 12:15-1:15 PM: $40 for all June classes! This covers 6 classes: June 2, 4, 9, 16, 18, 23, 25. Sometimes we offer bonus classes with 7 classes a month.

  • 15 SPOTS AVAILABLE — Monthly Pass 1:30-2:30 PM: $40 for all June classes! This covers 6 classes: June 4, 9, 16, 18, 23, 25, 30. Sometimes we offer bonus classes with 7 classes a month.
