Power Hour (Pilates)– Mondays & Wednesdays

  • 12:15 – 1:15 pm or 1:30 – 2:30 pm
    with Nanette, Professional Movati Instructor

Using controlled, intentional movement to build core strength, Pilates aims to improve posture and enhance overall balance. It’s a mindful practice that increases stability, supports injury prevention, and helps you feel stronger and more aligned from the inside out.

Yin Yoga– Tuesdays

  • 1:30 – 2:30 pm
    with Sonia Nagpal, Professional Movati Instructor

Yin Yoga (Exclusive) – Thursday

  • 1:45 – 2:45 pm
    with Sonia Nagpal, Professional Movati Instructor

Through deep, sustained stretches and moments of stillness, Yin Yoga encourages relaxation, improves flexibility, and promotes balance within the body and mind. It’s a soothing practice that helps release tension, cultivate mindfulness, and restore inner calm.

Strengthen and tone your body & mind with these invigorating Pilates and Yoga classes. Participants will follow a guided workout led by our Professional Movati instructors, focusing on core strength, flexibility,
and overall body conditioning.

What to Bring:

  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during the classes.

  • Comfortable Workout Clothes: Dress in breathable, flexible attire.

  • Towel: To keep sweat at bay.

  • Sneakers: For Optimal comfort during workouts

  • Optional Gear: Bring personal equipment like headphones, dumbbells or resistance bands for Power Hour, but it's not required.
