Boys Youth Halaqa: Building Foundation & Certainty
In an era of shifting values and complex challenges, providing our youth with a grounded, intellectual, and spiritual anchor is more important than ever. Masjid Khadijah Milton Centre is proud to offer the Boys Youth Halaqa, a dedicated space for young men to explore their faith, ask difficult questions, and build a resilient Muslim identity. Our program goes beyond rote learning. We aim to foster Yaqeen (certainty) by connecting the timeless wisdom of the Seerah with the practical realities of being a teenager in the modern world.
Program Overview
This 1.5-hour weekly session is designed specifically for boys aged 13 to 18. We focus on transitioning from "habitual" practice to "intentional" faith, empowering the next generation of leaders with the knowledge they need to thrive.
When: Every Sunday | 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM (Starting after Dhuhr)
Where: Masjid Khadijah, 100 Nipissing Rd, Milton, ON
Who: Boys ages 13 – 18
Cost: $35 per month
Curriculum & Core Focus
The halaqa follows a comprehensive curriculum that balances spiritual growth with intellectual rigour:
Establishing Yaqeen: Understanding the "Why" behind our faith to build absolute certainty.
Aqeedah & Fiqh: Mastering the core beliefs and the essential rules of mandatory worship (Fard Ibadah).
The Prophetic Example: In-depth study of the Seerah of Rasoolullah ﷺ and the Qassas al-Anbiya (Stories of the Prophets).
Modern Context: Open discussions addressing contemporary challenges and "hot-button" issues facing youth today.
Leadership: Mentorship aimed at building maturity, responsibility, and community-mindedness.
